The founder and CEO of Offbeet Media, Jaideep Singh is a self-confessed startup fiend. A decorated ex-Army Major, he took the plunge and entered the corporate world in 2002. Throughout his career — which features senior management stints at powerhouses such as Viacom18 Media, Times of India, Arré, CII, JK Tyres, and others — he has been involved in the setting up of new products, new business models and teams. In his decade-long tenure at Viacom18 he worked across MTV and Vh1, and also dabbled in the movies, regional entertainment and kids genres. As Senior VP, Head of Business for Viacom18 Network Business, he led a team of 60 people across the content, marketing, monetisation, PR and talent departments. He worked across the APAC, Middle East, UK and US markets, and was also part of the leadership team reporting to the Board of Network 18 and Viacom International (now known as ViacomCBS International). He decided to take his passion of storytelling through content to the next level by launching Offbeet Media. Today, he works with a talented team, handpicked by him and located across the country. Teamwork makes the dream work, he believes. An adventure and fitness enthusiast, Jaideep loves going on long runs and high-altitude treks when he isn't working.
‘Work hard, travel harder' is a phrase that our Chief Creative Officer Bhavya lives and breathes. A nonconformist, he has dabbled in pretty much everything the entertainment industry has to offer. In a career spanning over two decades, he has worked with biggies like Zee Network, MTV India, BBC World Service Trust (now BBC Media Action) and others to churn out exciting content for audiences. His body of work cuts across various genres of storytelling. From producing and directing ad films and documentaries, to being a creative director for both homegrown and international fiction shows, he is currently working on scripts for two Bollywood feature films. An adventure aficionado and wildlife enthusiast, he spends his time away from work trailing pug marks, creek hopping, or off-roading in the Himalayan wilderness.
‘Nusrat has his experience in building and leading large teams to create transformative, multiplatform content and branded entertainment for commercial and social impact. As General Manager & Senior Vice President, he has launched and led MTV World—Viacom’s global content incubator and innovation engine—for 11 years. In partnership with more than 200 next-generation creatives in 45 countries, Nusrat has created Viacom’s first global production infrastructure, powering the creation of new channels for Asian-Americans and iconoclastic content that super-served untapped audiences. He recently directed and executive-produced five independent documentaries, including two feature-length projects. His latest film, AN AMERICAN PRAYER, is an interrogation of the American dream, shot during the pandemic.
Nusrat has earned the reputation as a trailblazing first-generation digital executive and joined the MTV digital team responsible for its early online successes, including the launches of MTV.com and VH1.com and partnerships with leading technology players. He led his teams in delivering a co-branded campaign strategy that became an industry standard and the first ecommerce platform for MTV, VH1, CMT, and Comedy Central brands.He is a strategic advisor to the camp Positive Innovation Center in France, teaching social innovation and storytelling authenticity. He has been recognized by President Obama and the Smithsonian for catalysing positive change with REBEL MUSIC—a docu series about musicians fighting oppression that broke MTV’s all-time records for views, shares, and comments.'
An award-winning filmmaker, Sajeed has over 20 years of experience in producing edgy fiction and non-fiction youth content. In his previous stint as Video Head at 101 India, he created several award-winning properties under themes like subculture, counterculture, crime and horror. He has also created iconic shows for MTV, Vice Media, Netflix and Hotstar and regularly consults as a creative director for leading production agencies in India and abroad. In 2020, he was chosen as one of the global top 10 filmmakers of the decade by Diversity in Cannes. He loves a varied portfolio of projects that lands on his desk every day, and believes that all it takes to overcome challenges is a great team to brainstorm solutions with, and a nice pot of home-brewed coffee.
Prakash started his career with Times FM (the radio division of The Times of India) as regional programming manager. He moved to MTV India and rose to be an Associate VP (Business Development, Celebrity Content, Acquisitions, Prog. & Talent Relationship). He was instrumental in the transition of MTV from an international to a ‘desi cool’ channel. He facilitated MTV reach the number one slot with its distinct programming, artist tie ups and events. The content produced set new benchmarks in the media and movie promotion business which enabled MTV to be the singular preferred destination. With his own setup White Tiger Productions and then with Music Boutique he has crafted & curated defining content in the space of music, movies & entertainment with top brands, Bollywood production houses & OTT players. Notable work includes the Cannes Award Winning 6 Pack band, Express Yourself for Mx Player & Entertainer No.1 for Flipkart. With 25 years of media and entertainment knowledge he brings in skills and wealth of established & recognized relationships, unique creativity, deep media understanding and youth preferences

A Design major from Academy of Art University, San Francisco, Rajni has been working as a Senior Creative Director for over 18 years and 10 years in a team leadership role at Broadcast studios/boutique design houses in San Francisco, Los Angeles & Mumbai. She has worked with some of the world's most iconic companies like Troika, 3 Ring Circus, Viacom 18 & 101India. across entertainment, digital media, & technology.
Her projects range from creating large-scale broadcast channel branding, Digital, Branding, show packaging, Art direction, Titles, Promos, Print/Ad campaigns, Motion Graphics, UI Design, 3D Projection Mapping and Son-et-Lumiere shows for heritage structures in India. Her work is driven by the idea of engaging people with an emphasis on context-specific, narrative-driven, socially meaningful and sensitive approach. From branding Adventure Park to launching TV channels in the United States, India, Pakistan and Afghanistan she revels in the challenges and is a problem solver, organized & detail-oriented team leader. She is now on a journey to extend that experience into content, storytelling & heritage conservation.
To put it simply, Deepak is the man in charge of the moolah. A chartered accountant, he has 14 years of experience in his field and has been an integral part of Offbeet Media since inception. As Finance Controller, it is his job to ensure that everything — from budgeting to statutory compliances and auditing — is handled smoothly. The only other thing Deepak enjoys as much as his work is being a fitness trainer. He holds a Diploma in Personal Training from the K11 School of Fitness Sciences, and is currently pursuing a course in sports nutrition to add to his skillset.
Hemika is the General Manager – Brand Solutions and Strategy at Offbeet and Zelador, and comes armed with over two decades of experience. Having worked with the UB Group and prestigious media houses like Indian Express, India Today, Condé Nast, and Arré, she loves living for the chase. From deconstructing a client's brief and thinking up creative solutions, to finally landing a client — these are the things that excite her the most. She believes that to stand out in a competitive market, you have to be proactive in approaching clients and produce consistently good work. Her degree in psychology and her training as an art therapist also makes her the perfect person for her role as the head of Human Resources at Offbeet Media Group. After all, who else could we trust to pick the right people for a job?
Jasmine is a really passionate and hardworking individual. A highly skilled MICA graduate in Digital Marketing, social media is her absolute playfield. She is a prolific dancer and content creation is her second nature. From having significant experience in client servicing to being a professional choreographer in the industry, she has done it all with sheer dedication only to deliver excellence.
Sandeep has worked over 20+ years in the financial and technology space with multiple notable & high profile companies on wall street NY, USA. He was a Director of Data Management for over 8 years at one of the biggest US retail & institutional banks. Currently he holds a Managing Director position in the world's biggest trade clearing house as Global Head of Digital and API Economy. Sandeep attended Boston University in US for Masters in Financial management and also learnt various digital skills in API economy, Cloud and Big Data from MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Boston) & Currently, he has also enrolled in Wharton Executive education for securities industry..
Sandeep is very passionate about cricket, both he and his son plays in multiple cricket leagues. His passion for sport, entertainment, desire to help US cricket board grow the sport and its associated talent aspired him to start this league along with his close friends.
